Please review the following terms carefully before making a booking. By confirming your vehicle reservation, you agree to adhere to these conditions.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront: 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% upon vehicle delivery.

• Bookings are confirmed only after the initial 50% advance payment is received.

• A copy of your ID card or passport is required for identity verification.

Fuel & Mileage

• Fuel measurement starts and ends at our base station.

• Vehicles must be returned with a full tank at the end of each day.

• Route changes or alterations to the travel plan are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.

Chauffeur Service

• All vehicles are chauffeur-driven; self-driving is not permitted.

• Vehicles cannot exceed the rated capacity for passengers or luggage.

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities.

Additional Costs

• Rental fees do not include airport fees, parking, tolls, or applicable taxes.

• Cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.

• For outstation rentals, fuel and toll charges for the return journey may apply if the vehicle is not returned to Lahore.

Driver Allowance & Holidays

• For overnight trips outside Lahore, customers are responsible for driver accommodation and meals (Rs. 2,000 per night).

• For trips within Lahore, a Rs. 500 meal allowance applies.

Cancellations & Changes

• 20% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 48 hours of booking.

• If the rental period is cut short, the daily rate may be recalculated, and full payment for one day, including fuel and driver costs, will still be charged.

• Monthly rentals include six service days per week and seven outstation days; additional outstation days incur separate charges.

Responsibility & Liability

• Customers are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings.

• Drivers will assist with luggage, but customers must be present.

• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles or drivers without prior notice.

• Backup vehicles or drivers are not guaranteed in case of breakdowns.

• Fuel and toll costs for return journeys may apply.

• We are not liable for delays caused by mechanical issues, misunderstandings, or unforeseen circumstances.

Prohibited Uses

• Transporting illegal items, weapons, drugs, or alcohol is strictly forbidden.

• Customers are responsible for any legal or security issues arising from misuse of the vehicle.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safe and timely driving

• Vehicle cleanliness

• Handling luggage

• Collecting payments

Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to strikes, road closures, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

• Any additional costs for tolls or fuel on alternate routes are the customer’s responsibility.

• No refunds or compensation for delays caused by such circumstances.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Refunds

• 48+ hours before service: Full refund of advance payment.

• Less than 48 hours before service: 70% refund, 30% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations: No refund.

Service-Related Refunds

• Vehicle Unavailability: Replacement vehicle offered; full refund if none available.

• Mechanical Failure or Accidents: Alternative vehicle attempted; refund for unused portion if unavailable.

• Client Dissatisfaction: Considered case by case; contact within 24 hours for review.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Early termination by the client

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances

• Failure to adhere to terms and conditions

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Proof of payment and booking confirmation required.
